Job summary

Syfan Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our operations team. You will communicate with carriers and customers to ensure on-time service for all shipments and maintain strong relationships across the network.

You will use our TMS and Microsoft Office to handle load data, track movements, and coordinate with drivers. The role emphasizes problem solving, teamwork, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Experience in logistics or transportation coordination is desirable.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch carriers by phone and computer.
• Manage load information including pickup/delivery times.
• Track and communicate driver movements to shippers and receivers.
• Update stakeholders on shipment delays or issues.
• Document conversations with carriers and customers in logs.
• Identify load issues and work with team on solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
