Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch carriers by phone and computer.
• Manage load information including pickup and delivery times.
• Track and communicate driver movements to shippers and receivers.
• Update Carrier Sales and Customer Sales Reps on delays.
• Validate load data prior to delivery and document discrepancies.
• Document communications with carriers and customers in the TMS.
• Identify load issues and implement timely solutions.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
