Job summary

Responsibilities

• Dispatches carriers by phone and computer in a professional manner.
• Manages load information including pickup and delivery times in the TMS.
• Tracks and communicates driver movements to shippers and receivers for on-time delivery.
• Directs and resolves inbound calls from drivers and carriers to obtain status updates.
• Updates Carrier Sales and Customer Reps on delays or issues as needed.
• Validates load data prior to delivery and documents discrepancies.
