Responsibilities

• Dispatch carriers by phone and computer.
• Manage load information with pickup and delivery times.
• Track and communicate driver movements to shippers and receivers.
• Direct and resolve inbound calls to obtain status updates.
• Update Sales reps of shipment delays or issues.
• Validate load data prior to delivery and obtain documentation.
• Document communications with carriers and customers in logs.
• Identify load issues and work with team to implement solutions.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
