You will dispatch carriers, manage load information in the TMS, track movements, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery, while maintaining high levels of customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with logistics operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch carriers by phone and computer using logistics software.
• Manage load information, pickup and delivery times for shipments.
• Track movements of drivers and communicate with shippers and receivers.
• Update on delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Document communications with carriers and customers in logs.
• Identify load issues and coordinate prompt solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
