US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to drive safe, efficient operations and a culture focused on people and service.

You will lead a team of warehouse associates, coach performance, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and loading of outbound product. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, scheduling, and disciplining as needed, while maintaining safety standards and optimal inventory control.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• At least one year overseeing a workforce.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, OSHA, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to ensure injury-free associates and a safety-first culture.
• Coach and develop warehouse associates, review performance, and address gaps.
• Direct and supervise work to ensure efficient workflow and accurate orders while meeting productivity targets.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure proper dock assignments, stock locations, and readiness for shipping/receiving shifts.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity metrics; act on mis-picks and losses.
