US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse to lead a unionized environment and drive safety, service, and cost performance.

You will develop Warehouse Managers, coach frontline staff, and ensure accurate inbound receiving and outbound loading while maintaining food safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires five years of supervision in union facilities, strong leadership, and the ability to translate data into operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse.
• Oversee and develop Warehouse Managers through coaching and training.
• Oversee and develop all warehouse associates and discuss performance.
• Build high-performing teams and monitor staffing and productivity.
• Develop production flow processes and cost-reduction strategies.
• Monitor inventory integrity and ensure safety compliance.
