Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse to lead safety, service, and cost targets across the warehouse. You will coach Warehouse Managers, drive associate engagement, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and outbound loading while maintaining OSHA compliance.

The role requires overseeing operations, reviewing staffing needs, and implementing process improvements. Expect a shift schedule and 10% travel to meetings/trainings.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse supervision required.
Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
Experience with WMS and inventory control systems is a plus.
10% travel required for meetings and training.
High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse.
Develop Warehouse Managers through coaching and policy training.
Oversee and develop warehouse associates, boost engagement and retention.
Manage staffing, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Optimize production flow and implement cost-reduction strategies.
Approve daily load plans and ensure on-time deliveries.
