Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a safety‑driven team and optimize receiving, storage, and loading operations. The role focuses on safe, accurate, and timely handling of inbound and outbound product while driving cost-efficient processes across the warehouse.

You will supervise a workforce, coach performance, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. The position requires strong leadership and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year overseeing a workforce.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and safety training in the warehouse.
• Coach and develop warehouse associates; address gaps.
• Direct workflow to ensure efficient operations.
• Hire and onboard warehouse personnel with leadership.
• Ensure accurate orders are loaded for shipment.
• Monitor productivity and adjust staffing as needed.
• Schedule shifts and manage dock locations.
