Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner for a full-time remote Minute Clinic role delivering holistic, evidence-based care to patients aged 18 months and up via a remote platform. You will work with a dedicated team, independently providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning while ensuring patient privacy and quality care.

The evening shift runs 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in one of the eligible states listed.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant clinical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously within a collaborative care team.
• Proficient with information management and technology; multilingual skills may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, and management.
• Deliver pregnancy prevention, STI prevention counseling and contraception care.
• Educate patients and document care in an EHR per clinic policies.
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues within the patient-centered medical home.
