Job summary

CVS Health's MinuteClinic is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver holistic, evidence-based care via a remote platform. You will assess, diagnose, treat, counsel, and coordinate disposition for patients aged 18 months and older, working within a dedicated virtual care team.

This full-time weekend-evening role requires an active FNP license, NBC, and licensure in at least several states; additional licensure may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner with National Board Certification.
• Current, unrestricted NP license in one of the eligible states or ability to obtain licensure.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling and disposition planning.
• Evaluate primary care, acute, chronic, and transitional care patients aged 18 months and up.
• Deliver contraception management, STI counseling, pregnancy prevention and health education.
• Document all care in an EHR per policy.
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues to ensure high-quality care.
