Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner (Provider) to deliver holistic, evidence-based care remotely for patients aged 18 months and older. The role requires an active NP license and NB Certification, with collaboration across a care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The position is full-time overnight (9:30 p.m.–6:00 a.m.) with every other weekend; remote care requires reliable connectivity and privacy, and licensing in multiple states is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current/ unrestricted NP license in eligible states (AL, AR, CO, IA, IA, ID, IN, LA, MI, MS, NE, NV, OK, TN, TX).
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning.
• Evaluate primary care, acute and chronic patients and provide health education.
• Counsel patients on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and safer sex practices.
• Document all patient care in an EHR per MinuteClinic policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists and care team to ensure high-quality care.
• Work independently, prioritize, solve problems and advocate for patients.
