Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park delivers friendly, efficient hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage on arrival and departure. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, and coordinate bell services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include explaining parking rates, processing ticket information, and supporting revenue collection, all while maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring guest safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required or within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests within five feet using last names and be professional.
• Answer phones with Towne Park etiquette and assist in designated areas.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and local information; shuttle guests as approved.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect keys and claim checks.
• Complete and maintain ticket information including key tags, guest folios, and location of vehicles.
• Assist in revenue collection where needed.
