Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state of employment (or within commutable distance).
• Work Experience: One month of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Reading/writing English, basic math, and ability to explain procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients.
• Greet guests and use guest last names in interactions; follow Towne Park etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage, and open doors for guests.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates, issue and collect claim checks, and manage ticket and vehicle records.
• Perform all duties with accuracy and adhere to established processes.
