Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests during arrival and departure. You will assist with parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely, and help guests with luggage where applicable.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing directions, answering inquiries about local attractions, and handling tickets and revenue with accuracy. This role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work AM/PM

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license within commuting distance.
• At least 1 month related experience or training.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely.
• Help guests with luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis and reservations.
• Explain parking rates and issue/collect tickets.
• Maintain accurate ticket and revenue records.
