Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park delivers friendly, attentive hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely. You’ll assist with luggage handling and provide directions, taxi, and reservation help as needed.

You’ll also explain pricing, issue claim checks, and keep accurate vehicle records during arrival and departure. Open availability with nights and weekends is expected; a valid driver’s license is required, and previous customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license or be within commuting distance.
• Minimum one month related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and assist guests with parking and luggage as needed.
• Greet guests professionally and help with directions, reservations, and inquiries.
• Operate as the primary point of contact for guest services and maintain safe vehicle handling.
• Explain rates, issue/collect tickets and ensure accurate guest folio documentation.
