Job summary

Towne Park, LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality at arrival and departure. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and greet guests with warmth and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

You will answer questions, provide directions, manage tickets and keys, and ensure safety and accuracy in every interaction. The role requires a customer-first mindset, basic math, and punctual, friendly service during the 4PM–2AM shift.

Qualifications

• Must read and write English proficiently.
• Able to read/understand simple instructions, memos.
• Able to write simple correspondence.
• Able to present information clearly to guests and colleagues.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and handle cash.
• Understand 24-hour and military time systems.
• Understand parking rates and retrieval procedures.
• Experience parking/valet is desirable.
• Manual transmission driving experience is preferred.
• Paralleled parking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests and use guest last names.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Shuttle guests to approved locations.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures.
• Manage tickets, keys, and claim checks accurately.
• Accurately record vehicle locations and revenue when required.
• Complete duties in accordance with established procedures and time allocations.
