Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park, LLC. delivers exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and inquiries in a prompt, safe way.

Key duties include explaining parking rates, handling tickets and revenue, and maintaining a professional demeanor with guests and colleagues during PM shift operations at the location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read/write English and follow instructions.
• Ability to handle money and basic math.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission (desirable).
• Ability to parallel park.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services in a friendly and efficient manner.
