Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park delivers exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt, safe manner. You will assist guests with luggage where applicable and provide directions or local information with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities also include explaining parking rates, handling tickets and payments, and maintaining accurate vehicle records. Seasonal roles follow schedule and benefits terms as posted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• One month of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient hospitality.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist guests with luggage when applicable.
• Provide directions and respond to inquiries; deliver messages and guest amenities as requested.
• Explain parking rates and collect payments; ensure accurate ticket and key tag handling.
