Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read and write standard English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and acknowledge them within five feet.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently for guests.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxi referrals, and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage ticketing and receipts.
• Maintain accurate records in the valet system and handle payments when required.
