Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Virtual Clinical Therapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health services via telehealth in a fully remote role. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapies, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role supports licensed clinicians through supervision hours and professional development. Requires MA LICSW/LMHC licensure, 3+ years post-independence preferred, and experience in IOP/PHP settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed in MA as LICSW or LMHC with willingness to obtain additional licenses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors.
