Job summary

Guidelight Health, a cutting-edge behavioral health company, seeks a Virtual Clinical Therapist to provide telehealth therapy across PHP/IOP settings. You will deliver 1:1 and group therapy, develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a distributed virtual team to ensure high-quality care.

Expect professional supervision hours and ongoing clinical development. The role is remote with EST hours, requiring MA licensure and experience in telehealth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• MA independent licensure as LICSW or LMHC is required or must be obtained.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested.
• Experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological, biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy; monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified timeframes and with proper scoring.
