Job summary

Guidelight Health, Inc. seeks a Virtual Clinical Therapist to deliver telehealth behavioral health services, including 1:1 and group therapy, in a remote setting. The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, treatment planning, assessments, and collaboration with a distributed team.

Providers receive clinical supervision hours to support licensure development. The position requires MA independent licensure (LICSW/ LMHC preferred), 3+ years post-licensure, and experience with IOP/PHP

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field.
• Current MA independent licensure as LICSW/LMHC or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Experience providing behavioral therapy and group therapy.
• Experience delivering therapy via telehealth and virtual settings.
• Comfort with HIPAA-compliant video platforms and EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy with evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and treatment processes.
• Adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines; stay updated on best practices.
