Job summary

Guidelight Health, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Clinical Therapist to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy to individuals with behavioral health needs from a remote setting. You will conduct 1:1 and group sessions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

This exempt position requires MA independent licensure (LICSW/LMHC) and experience in IOP/PHP; cross-licensure encouraged. Typical schedule Mon-Fri 12:00–8:30 PM EST; benefits include a comprehensive package and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Must hold Massachusetts independent licensure as LICSW or LMHC; willing to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in IOP/PHP settings; cross-licensure encouraged.
• Experience delivering therapy in virtual/telehealth environments.
• Able to supervise associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group therapy via telehealth.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and crisis safety planning.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Document progress and maintain confidentiality.
