Job summary

Guidelight Health is a cutting-edge behavioral healthcare company delivering PHP and IOP services via telehealth. We are seeking a Virtual Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality 1:1 and group therapy, develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

We support clinicians with free clinical supervision hours and a strong commitment to professional growth. The role requires MA licensure (LICSW/LMHC) and at least 3 years post-licensure experience in

Qualifications

A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Valid MA independent licensure as a LICSW or LMHC.
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested.
Experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling and group therapy.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
Complete suicide risk assessments within defined timeframes and with appropriate thoroughness.
