Guidelight Health, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Clinical Therapist to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy for individuals with behavioral health needs.

This role requires MA independent licensure and cross-licensure readiness to expand to other states, with experience in PHP/IOP settings and strong telehealth delivery skills. The position supports 32+ hours weekly in a fully remote/virtual environment, offering professional supervision hours and collaboration with a distributed clinical team to

Formación

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work.
• Massachusetts independent licensure (LICSW/LMHC) or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses per regulations.
• Experience in IOP/PHP settings preferred.
• Virtual therapy experience required.
• Telehealth best practices knowledge and crisis safety planning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 and group therapy via telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct psychological, biopsychosocial assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within specified time frames.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Identify community resources for treatment and aftercare.
