Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking a Virtual Clinical Therapist to deliver telehealth-based therapy for individuals with behavioral health needs. You will conduct 1:1 and group sessions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors to ensure cohesive care.

The role requires MA licensure and offers flexible remote scheduling, clinical supervision hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field.
• Valid MA independent licensure (LICSW or LMHC) with MA eligibility for supervision programs.
• Experience in behavioral therapy, counseling and group therapy.
• Ability to conduct telehealth assessments and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy via telehealth.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans; coordinate with other providers.
