Guidelight Health is seeking a Virtual Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality telehealth behavioral health services. The role involves 1:1 and group therapy, treatment planning, assessments, and collaboration with a dispersed healthcare team. The organization supports clinical supervision hours to foster professional growth.

Applicants must hold MA licensure (LICSW/LMHC) and be eligible for cross-licensing. The position is remote with EST-based scheduling and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Massachusetts independent licensure (LICSW/LMHC) and willingness to obtain other state licenses.
• Experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling, and group therapy.
• Ability to manage clients effectively in virtual settings and telehealth.
• Comfort with technology and EMR/telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within required timeframes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Identify community resources for treatment and aftercare planning.
• Educate clients and families about mental health while building rapport.
• Prepare for weekly clinical supervision with client updates and questions.
