Guidelight Health is seeking a Virtual Clinical Therapist to deliver behavioral health care remotely via telehealth, including 1:1 and group therapy, assessments, and treatment planning. You will support PHP/IOP care in Massachusetts and maintain licensure compliance.

Formación

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Massachusetts independent licensure (LICSW or LMHC) and ability to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling, and group therapy.
• Proficient in telehealth platforms and virtual documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy via telehealth.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and doctors.
