The position requires MA licensure (LICSW/LMHC) and 3+ years post-licensure experience, with duties including treatment planning, assessments, and collaborative care with the healthcare team. Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Independent licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) and willing to obtain additional state licenses.
• Experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling and group therapy.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms, HIPAA-compliant video tools and EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual and group therapy via telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Conduct suicide risk assessments within established timeframes.
