Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking a confident Closing Shift Lead to own the evening shift, keep the store performing smoothly, and guide the team in delivering high‑quality cookies and guest service. You’ll lead the night crew, assign tasks, and ensure closing procedures are followed with focus on safety and consistency.

Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required; roles may be full-time or part-time. The position offers leadership growth, competitive pay, and access to benefits as described in

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work closing shifts
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays 4:00 PM–10:30 PM
• Leadership or supervisory experience is helpful but not required for strong team members

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the evening crew
• Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the shift on schedule
• Maintain cookie quality and presentation
• Support baking, decorating, packaging, and guest service
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Monitor food safety and store cleanliness
• Complete closing checklists and cash-handling duties
• Coordinate cleaning, restocking, and prep for the next morning
• Communicate important updates to store leadership
• Ensure the team finishes together and on time
