Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation home after closing.
• Active leadership role requiring standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the evening crew.
• Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the shift on schedule.
• Maintain cookie quality and presentation.
• Support baking, decorating, packaging, and guest service.
• Handle customer concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Complete closing checklists, cash handling, and shift documentation.
• Coordinate cleaning, restocking, and preparation for the next morning.
