Crumbl Cookies in Nashua, NH is seeking a confident Closing Shift Lead to own the evening shift, motivate the crew, and ensure the store is clean, stocked, and ready for the next morning. This role requires Friday and Saturday availability, the ability to lead by example during busy periods, and to support baking, decorating, packaging, and guest service.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with competitive pay of $17–$21 per hour, including tips, plus benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Closing shifts from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with Friday and Saturday availability.
• Experience in restaurant or retail leadership preferred, open to first-step into management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the evening crew
• Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the shift on schedule
• Maintain cookie quality and presentation
• Support baking, decorating, packaging, and guest service
• Coordinate cleaning, restocking, and prep for the next morning
