Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in Concord, NH is seeking a confident Closing Shift Lead to own the evening shift, support the team through the rush, and ensure the store is clean, stocked, and ready for the next morning. You’ll lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and jump in wherever help is needed.

Responsibilities include closing checklists, cash handling, supervising the night crew, and communicating important updates to store leadership to finish the day strong.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation home after closing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work closing shifts from approximately 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, including Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the evening crew
• Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the shift on schedule
• Maintain excellent cookie quality and presentation
• Support baking, decorating, packaging, and guest service
• Handle customer concerns with confidence and professionalism
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and company standards
• Complete closing checklists, cash-handling duties, and shift documentation
• Coordinate cleaning, restocking, and preparation for the next morning
• Communicate important updates to store leadership
• Make sure the team finishes together-not just at the same time
