Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking a confident Closing Shift Lead to own the evening shift, support the crew during the dinner rush, and ensure the store is clean and prepared for the next morning. You’ll lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and jump in wherever help is needed.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and delivering high-quality cookies while maintaining guest service standards. This is a growth-oriented opportunity with full- and part-time possibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work closing shifts 4:00 PM–10:30 PM, including Fridays and Saturdays.
• Restaurant or retail leadership experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the evening crew.
• Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the shift on schedule.
• Maintain excellent cookie quality and presentation.
• Support baking, decorating, packaging, and guest service.
• Handle customer concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Complete closing checklists, cash-handling duties, and shift documentation.
• Coordinate cleaning, restocking, and preparation for the next morning.
• Communicate important updates to store leadership.
• Ensure the team finishes together, not just at the same time.
