Responsibilities

• Perform administrative/clerical tasks: filing, copying, imaging, answering phones, data entry, mail handling.
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, including rate quotes and service details.
• Enter freight shipment information into systems and generate freight bills.
• Coordinate freight pick-up and delivery appointments as needed.
• Assist customers by phone, email or fax with inquiries and tracing shipments.
• Review Hours-of-Service logs for accuracy and report issues.
