Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical functions: files, copying, data entry, answering phones.
• Verify documentation and reports.
• Assist customers with inquiries and service needs.
• Enter freight information and generate bills.
• Arrange freight pickup and delivery appointments.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and other teams to meet customer needs.
• Review Hours-of-Service logs and report discrepancies.
