Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, and training for a client site in Northlake, IL. The role focuses on maintaining contract compliance and service quality while managing personnel and payroll considerations.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory security experience, a high school diploma or higher, and the ability to pass required licensing or training.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions.
