Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations for a client. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and quality assurance to ensure contract compliance and efficient service across shifts.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, supervisory security experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will coordinate with client leadership, prepare incident reports, and support post orders while promoting team growth

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Coordinate payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions for supervised staff.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and enforce disciplinary decisions.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction improvements to management.
