Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor for a full-time night-shift role at a client site. The supervisor will manage security personnel, ensure training and licensing requirements are met, and uphold contract standards.

The position involves coordinating staffing, supervising post orders, handling emergencies, and maintaining quality of service with a focus on safety and client satisfaction. Eligible applicants will have supervisory security experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions including staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports and security surveys.
