Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security functions, staffing, scheduling, and training across client sites. The role focuses on maintaining quality, contract compliance, and responsive service while coordinating payroll and incident reporting.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years in security and one year in supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any State-required training or licensing for the role.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company- or client-provided vehicle
• Minimum of two years of security experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Associate degree or higher in any discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions, including staffing, scheduling, and training of personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are completed.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal level as designated.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to guarantee quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as required.
• Provide direction to subordinates and take disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Make recommendations on productivity, costs, and post orders.
