Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the full security operation at a client site, including staffing, training, and quality assurance. The role requires ensuring contract compliance and coordinating with client personnel to meet security objectives.

The position emphasizes supervisory responsibilities and is suited for candidates with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. State licensing and a valid driver’s license are often needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• One of: military service, Auxiliary Police, or Police Cadets; minimum 1 year supervisory security experience; or Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security function, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for personnel.
• Maintain overtime within set limits.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction and discipline decisions for personnel under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies.
