Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations for a client location. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, payroll, incident reports, and post orders to ensure contract compliance and high service quality.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and leadership of a security team in a fast-paced environment. Prior supervisory experience in security and a high school diploma are preferred; additional credentials and a driver's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training or licensing as required.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client vehicle.
• One of: military service, Auxiliary Police/Police Cadets, 1+ year supervisory security experience, or an associate's degree or higher.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Able to operate radio/telephone equipment or console monitors.
• Strong oral and written communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interact cordially with the public and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of on-site security (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal level designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and post-order preparation.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and cost reductions.
• Respond to client requests and issue emergency notifications as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and discipline/commendation decisions.
