Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for the evenings in Connecticut. This full-time, on-site role manages clinical and operational workflow from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead facility rounds and admissions coordination. The ideal candidate has an active CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, and proven supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut (CT) is required.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab settings preferred.
• Supervisory or house supervisor experience in a skilled nursing setting is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (PointClickCare) for clinical tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead evening nursing operations across all units from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Mon–Fri.
• Act as primary clinical decision-maker for acute resident changes and facility events.
• Conduct regular rounds to oversee care delivery, meds administration, infection control, and charting.
• Adjust staffing and resources to maintain safe, compliant operations.
• Oversee admissions, room placements, and shift handoffs with oncoming leadership.
• Mentor and manage RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure professional standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CT DPH and CMS guidelines and report incidents promptly.
