Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for the evening shift in Connecticut. The role manages clinical and operational workflow across the facility from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, reporting to nursing administration.

You will guide charge nurses and CNAs, ensure resident-centered care, and maintain regulatory compliance while coordinating with administrators and floor staff.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC or sub-acute settings.
• Prior supervisory/house supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong clinical prioritization and autonomous decision-making under pressure.
• Proficiency with EMR systems for clinical tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building-wide nursing operations during the evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM).
• Serve as primary clinical decision-maker for acute resident changes and emergencies.
• Conduct regular rounds to supervise care delivery, medications, infection control, and charting.
• Manage staffing, assignments, and resource allocation to maintain adequate coverage.
• Oversee admissions, room placements, and shift handoffs with other leaders.
• Mentor and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with DPH and CMS regulations and timely incident reporting.
