Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking an RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for the CT facility during the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM evenings, Monday–Friday. You will manage clinical and operational workflow, lead nursing teams, and ensure resident safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires CT RN licensure and 2–3 years in SNF/LTC settings, with strong EMR skills (PointClickCare) and supervisory experience. Direct-hire, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in CT.
• 2–3 years clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute setting.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in skilled nursing preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (PointClickCare) for tracking and reporting.
• Strong clinical assessment and rapid decision-making across multi-unit facility.

Responsibilities

• Build-wide operational leadership during evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, M–F).
• Act as primary clinical decision-maker for acute resident status changes and emergencies.
• Conduct regular rounds to oversee evening care, meds, infection control, and charting.
• Adjust shift assignments to maintain adequate coverage and balance workload.
• Oversee evening admissions, room placements, and handoffs with overnight leadership.
• Coach and direct evening RNs, LPNs, and CNAs fostering teamwork.
• Ensure documentation complies with CT DPH and CMS guidelines.
