Job summary

Hire Consulting Services is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for the evening shift in Connecticut. The role requires clinical leadership to manage all nursing operations, triage emergencies, and ensure compliance across the facility from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

You will mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs while coordinating with nursing administration to maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute settings.
• Supervisory experience in a nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening clinical operations and resident safety.
• Lead triage and manage emergencies during shift.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs; mentor staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DPH and CMS.
