Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for evenings to manage clinical and operational workflows across a Connecticut facility.

The role runs 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday, reporting to nursing administration as the on-site clinical leader during the shift. The supervisor will guide charge nurses and CNAs, monitor nursing workflows, manage emergencies, and ensure regulatory compliance with DPH and CMS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in CT.
• Minimum 2–3 years nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in a nursing setting preferred.
• Ability to prioritize clinically and make rapid decisions in a multi-unit facility.
• Proficient in Electronic Medical Record systems (PointClickCare).

Responsibilities

• Provide evening-wide operational leadership across all facility units (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, M–F).
• Serve as primary clinical decision-maker for acute resident changes and emergencies.
• Conduct regular rounds to oversee care delivery, medication administration, infection control, and charting.
• Adjust staffing to maintain adequate coverage and balance workloads.
• Oversee evening admissions, room placements, and handoffs with overnight leadership.
• Mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to uphold professional standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (DPH & CMS) and timely incident reporting.
