CareerNerds, LLC is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for an established Connecticut healthcare and senior living facility. The role oversees clinical and operational workflow during the evening shift, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, reporting to nursing administration.

You will lead building-wide nursing operations, manage triage and emergencies, conduct rounds, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance with CT DPH and CMS guidelines.

Formación

• Current, active RN license in the State of Connecticut.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Prior supervisory/house supervisor/charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong clinical prioritization and autonomous decision-making under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate nursing operations across all facility units during the evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, M–F).
• Act as primary clinical decision-maker for acute resident status changes and emergencies.
• Conduct regular rounds to oversee evening nursing care, meds, infection control, and charting.
• Adjust staffing to maintain adequate coverage and balance workload.
• Oversee evening admissions, room placements, and shift handoffs with oncoming leadership.
• Coach and direct evening RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to foster teamwork.
• Ensure regulatory compliance per CT DPH and CMS guidelines.
