Job summary

Connectly Recruiting supports an established Connecticut healthcare and senior living organization seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for the evening shift.

You will manage clinical and operational workflow from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate admissions and transfers while maintaining resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut
• 2–3 years clinical nursing in SNF/LTC/sub-acute setting preferred
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating shifts

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate evening nursing operations across all units
• Make acute clinical decisions and manage emergencies during off-peak hours
• Oversee admissions, room placements and physician orders
• Coach RNs, LPNs, and CNAs and ensure regulatory compliance
